St John McCain has FIFTY-NINE federal lobbyists, representing these and other companies, raising money for and working on his campaign.
Even more ironic considering the "outsider-reformer-maverick" rhetoric the media has adopted per Saint McCain, is the man the campaign sent out to defend McCain after the NYT story press conference, professional lobbyist Charlie Black. Meet Charlie Black.

  1. These are all fine companies that produce goods people need and enjoy everyday, they also employ millions of Americans who pay taxes for your precious social programs. Every company you mentioned should be commended for a job well done in their respective industries.

  3. I have to agree here, Jason.

Why the freak would I care about a sexual affair with zero substaintiation that "MAYBE" happened nine freaking years ago?

What I DO care about is the close association not to a woman, but to a LOBBYIST by a man who claims to rise above such things.

    (Not.)

Although, I have to say, that was pretty piss poor reporting on the end of the NY Times.

    Bad journalism, IMO.

  4. Loralee, I agree.

    (Hey, that rhymes...)

The NYT really dropped the ball on what could've been a very important story by clouding it going after the more scandalous "affair" story, which seems to be about 90% speculation.

I also remind you that McCain is old enough to Hillary's Grandma... I want to hear as little about his sex life as possible. Always.
